Following the success of the HealthClubBenchmark® profitability survey, Deloitte is today delighted to announce the launch of a new membership survey.
The new abridged version of the popular profitability survey responds to the needs of independent operators, hoteliers and operators of public facilities that are unable to submit full profitability data but wish to understand how their key membership statistics measure up.
In return for submitting just five metrics online every month - opening members, joiners, leavers, subscription income and total revenue - operators will receive access to their performance versus the consolidated total for the UK on a complimentary basis.
Participation will give operators access to 14 headline key performance indicators every month including membership yield, churn rate and total revenue per member.
Operators also have the opportunity to delve deeper into the numbers and benchmark their performance against their city or local competitor group for a small annual fee. Data can be analysed by geographic region on a per member or gross internal area basis.
