The Membership Survey provides you with an in-depth analysis of key membership statistics to help you understand how your performance stacks up against broad market trends. Data can be analysed by geographical region, on a per member or gross internal area basis.
In return for submitting just five membership metrics per month – opening members, joiners, leavers, subscription income, total revenue - you’ll receive access to your performance against the consolidated total for the UK on a complimentary basis. If you want to delve deeper and benchmark your club’s performance against your city or local competitor group this can be arranged for a small annual fee.
